OTC Papers Online now offer customers options for purchasing blocks
of papers at a price lower than paying for each paper individually.
A counter will appear on the page after login showing the number
of downloads remaining on the subscription. Subscriptions include
online search and email delivery of links for downloading papers.
These subscriptions offer access through one login, but may be
used by a single individual or an entire company. It will be the
responsibility of the individual or organization to protect the
login from unauthorized use.

For this additional fee, subscribers
at any level may choose to set up a link on their Intranet and have
users from within their organization validated for use of OTC Papers
Online on the basis of IP (Internet Protocol) address. Customers
may provide a maximum of 10 IP ranges. If additional IP ranges are
needed, they can be purchased in groups of 10 only for U.S. $500
per group of 10. IP

OTC also offers an economical subscription exclusively for universities
and colleges. This subscription provides for an unlimited number
of papers to be downloaded by current faculty, staff and students.
University/college subscribers also have the option for IP validation
for an additional U.S. $500.00 (see above).

Note: Low cost university subscriptions are provided in support of education and research by students, faculty and staff. Walk-in use by the general public in the university library is not allowed under the terms of use of the subscription.
Subscribers can (1) make searches of OTC Papers Online, (2) download papers to hard copy or diskette, and (3) make up to 5 copies of a paper for internal use (i.e., by individuals who are authorized users under the terms of the subscription). No paper may be sold or in any manner, including electronic, distributed to anyone who is not an authorized user under terms of the subscription. Subscribers may not provide access information to anyone not included in the subscription agreement.
Papers in OTC Papers Online are copyrighted by the Offshore Technology Conference and are protected under copyright law. Recompiling, copying (by any means, including electronic) beyond the terms stated above and for any use other than personal, and republication in any form or medium is prohibited.
OTC reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate access to OTC Papers Online upon violation of the subscription agreement.
