Each year, OTC recognizes individuals and companies that
have made outstanding achievements to the offshore industry.
The accomplishments recognized through the OTC awards program
represent breakthroughs, innovation, and technology enhancement
by individuals and companies or organizations. In some years,
OTC also makes a special citation to recognize other notable
activities or developments that benefit the offshore industry.
OTC is currently soliciting nominations for 2009 Distinguished
Achievement awards for Individuals and Companies, Organizations
and Institutions. Candidates must have made significant and
unique achievements in or contributions to any field of offshore
technology. This includes, but is not limited to, the design,
development and construction of tools, equipment, technical
services, vessels, instrumentation, and/or outstanding humanitarian
and leadership service or contributions to environmental efforts.
To make a nomination, complete the nomination form
and return it by 1 September 2008. Be sure to indicate
how the committee can contact you for more information.
