Badge Pickup

Advance registrants receive their OTC conference badges in the mail if they reside in the US and register before 22 March 2013.

Attendees from outside the US or those who register after 22 March can pick up their badge on-site during registration hours or at one of the following, convenient remote locations:

Photo Identification Required

To ensure a secure conference, photo identification (passport or driver's license) is required. Items may be subject to search before entering the OTC areas at Reliant Park.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 24 April 2013. Cancellations made after 24 April 2013 will not be refunded.
