The Next Wave

Challenges and Responsibility:
Our Careers Over the Decades to Come

Monday, 30 April • 0815–1430 • Separate ticket required

The Next Wave is one of the most-anticipated annual young professional events in the oil and gas industry. This exciting program will once again invoke thought, promote proactive leadership, and help to arm our young professionals with the keys to successful careers.

Our current generation of young professionals will inherit positions of responsibility at a younger age and potentially with less experience compared to our seasoned predecessors, at a time of increasing challenges and responsibilities.

Are you ready? Do you understand the challenges faced from both technical and social perspectives? How can you prepare yourself to carry additional responsibility? How do you align your personal career goals with the needs of the oil and gas industry and a global community dependent on you?

The 2012 program will address the challenges and responsibilities of young professionals and our careers over the decades to come.
