Registration Information

Online registration is closed.

Credit card payment only (OTC accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards). Mailed and faxed forms are no longer being accepted at this time.

Badge Pickup

Badges were mailed to the address given on the form to all US attendees who registered by 16 March 2012.

Badges for attendees registered after 16 March and all attendees residing outside the US will be held for pickup on-site. Or new this year, registered attendees can pick up their badge at convenient locations in downtown Houston or either Houston airport.

  • Hyatt Regency Houston – 1200 Louisiana, Houston, TX 77002 (lobby by coffee shop)
    Open 0700–1800 hours, Friday, 27 April through Tuesday, 1 May and 0700–1200 hours on Wednesday, 2 May.
  • Houston Hobby (HOU) Airport – downstairs near the escalator on the baggage claim level
    Open 0800–1800 hours, Friday, 27 April through Monday, 30 April.
  • Bush Intercontinental (IAH) Airport – downstairs in the international baggage claim area
    Open 0800–1800 hours, Friday, 27 April through Monday, 30 April.

Photo Identification Required

To ensure a secure conference, photo identification (passport or driver's license) is required. Items may be subject to search before entering the OTC areas at Reliant Park.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 17 April 2012. Cancellations made after 17 April 2012 will not be refunded.

OTC On Demand

OTC On Demand is an online portal to access presentations, digitally recorded and available as audio synchronized to PowerPoint presentations. Following the conference, OTC On Demand will be available to members and nonmembers who paid the 4-day registration fee.
