Press Conference Schedule
The press conference room is available to all OTC 2012 exhibiting companies for free.
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are booked every hour, on the hour between 0800 and 1700 hours, Monday through Thursday. Presentation time is 50 minutes.
New for 2012: Press conferences will be held in Room 108D on the first floor of Reliant Center, next to the OTC press registration and badge pick-up room.
