The 2011 program will focus on how oil and gas continues to be the fuel for the next generation. We will discuss how to position yourself and other young professionals (YPs) in the entire value chain to take the oil and gas industry to the next level.

Gerald Schotman, chief technology officer for Shell will deliver this year’s keynote address which provides unique insights into future trends and changes in the oil and gas landscape.

The panel discussion will further delve into the changing factors of our industry and how these trends will impact YPs today and tomorrow.

The roundtable breakouts will allow YPs a more personal opportunity to discuss their own career development regarding the topics discussed by the keynote speaker and panelists. They will also consider how to position themselves around these future changes in the industry. These breakouts encourage participation and sharing between attendees and topic facilitators.
