Advance registrants receive their OTC conference badges in the mail if they reside in the US and register before 18 March 2010. Attendees from outside the US or those who register after 18 March can pick up their badge on-site at Reliant Center or Reliant Arena starting at 0700 hours on Monday, 3 May. |

Photo Identification Required
To ensure a secure conference, photo identification (passport or driver's license) is required. Items may be subject to search before entering the OTC areas at Reliant Park.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 19 April 2010. Cancellations made after 19 April will not be refunded.
