Badge Pickup

Advance registrants receive their OTC conference badges in the mail if they reside in the US and register before 18 March 2010. Attendees from outside the US or those who register after 18 March can pick up their badge on-site at Reliant Center or Reliant Arena starting at 0700 hours on Monday, 3 May.

International Attendees: If you preregistered, you may pick up your badge when you arrive at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) outside of the International Terminal. Badge pick-up hours are:
1 May – 1200–1900 hours
2 May – 1100–1900 hours
3 May – 1100–1700 hours
4 May – 1000–1500 hours

Session Recordings—New in 2010!

This year we bring you OTC On Demand—an interactive, online portal to access the OTC 2010 presentations, digitally recorded and available as audio synchronized to PowerPoint presentations. On Demand will be available to all paid, registered OTC 2010 attendees after the conference. Watch a sample presentation.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 19 April 2010. Cancellations made after 19 April will not be refunded.
