The US Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) is critical for meeting US energy and economic needs. The OCS contains vast, untapped resources of oil and natural gas, of which, about 80% has been off limits to development for nearly 3 decades. Executive Roundtable speakers will discuss the case for access to the US OCS and will offer their views on the challenges and benefits for developing these resources in the future.
