Badge Pickup

Badges will be mailed to the address given on the form to all registrants residing in the US who register by 20 March 2009. Badges for attendees registered after 20 March and all attendees residing outside the US will be held for pickup on-site. Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration counters.

International Attendees: Pick up your badge when you arrive at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) outside of the International Terminal. Badge pick-up hours are:

1 May – 1200–1900 hours
2 May – 1100–1900 hours
3 May – 1100–1700 hours
4 May – 1000–1500 hours

Photo Identification Required

To ensure a secure conference, photo identification (passport or driver's license) is required. Items may be subject to search before entering the OTC areas at Reliant Park.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 20 April 2009. Cancellations made after 20 April will not be refunded.
