OTC Bookstore
Purchase books from the OTC societies in one convenient location, and avoid shipping costs by carrying your books home with you. The bookstore is open 0800–1730 hours Monday through Wednesday and 0800–1400 hours on Thursday located at the south end of the exhibit floor in Reliant Stadium.
Policies and Procedures
Attendee Qualifications
All attendees are required to wear their OTC name badge and badge holder at all times. Use of a badge by a person not named on the badge is grounds for confiscation. No one under the age of 15 is permitted in the exhibits during official show hours.
Photography Policy
All OTC sessions are protected by US copyright laws. Photography and video/audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in the sessions and throughout the exhibition area.
OTC Show Management has appointed an official photographer to provide photographs of the event. Members of the press are required to obtain permission for still photography from the OTC Press Room. All videographers must be accompanied by OTC Show Management. Under no circumstances will anyone be permitted to take pictures of an exhibitor’s product without the permission of the exhibitor. Exhibitors are expected to report any instance of inappropriate photography to show management immediately.
Reliant Park Smoking Policy
Reliant Park is a nonsmoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Reliant Park except in designated smoking areas.
