The hotel rooms reserved for attendees of OTC .08 are full. We are no longer accepting mail, fax, or online requests for housing. However, if you plan to attend the conference and have not secured a hotel reservation, you may contact the hotels listed below directly to make a new reservation. Please note that the convention rate may no longer be available.
You may also search the Houston City Wide Hotel Accommodation listing. Please note that OTC is not responsible for reservations booked through this listing. Reservations are not subject to the OTC conference rate. We can only support reservations booked through the OTC Housing Bureau.

Important Information for International Attendees
The OTC staff works closely with the city of Houston and the Houston Airport System to ensure that international attendees have a pleasant arrival and stay in Houston while attending OTC.
Review the visa information when planning your travel to OTC. You can automatically generate an invitation letter.
Please allow additional time upon arrival for any necessary passport control procedures.
Car Rental
Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the official car rental company for the OTC .08. To receive discounted rates, use code OTC2008 online or by phone at +1.800.RENT-A-CAR (+1.800.736.8222).
Taxi
Taxi service from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) to Reliant Park is approximately USD 50; service from William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) to Reliant Park is approximately USD 30. Cab sharing is permitted with a maximum of four passengers per cab.
SuperShuttle
OTC attendees receive a discounted fare with SuperShuttle. Reservations should be made online at least 24 hours in advance using group discount code W6AYB.
- This code is valid for travel dates ranging from 1 through 12 May 2008.
- The discount is USD 2 off normal one-way fares and USD 4 off round-trip fares.
- A SuperShuttle ticket counter is located in the baggage claim area at all terminals.
Getting Around Houston
Complimentary Shuttle from OTC Hotels to Reliant Park
Complimentary shuttle service is provided between Reliant Park and official OTC hotels. Schedules will be posted in the hotel lobbies. Shuttle service begins Monday, 5 May, and continues through Thursday, 8 May.

Driving Directions to Reliant Park
Reliant Park is located within the inner loop of the southern portion of Interstate Loop 610 between Kirby Drive and Fannin Street.
From Hobby (HOU) Airport
- Take Broadway to I-45 (north)

Parking at Reliant Park
Please allow plenty of time for the extra traffic around Reliant Park during OTC. Close-in parking fills up quickly. After midmorning, try the parking entrances closest to the 610 Loop to avoid delays. A complimentary tram service is available to take you to the OTC entrance.
The parking fee at Reliant Park is USD 8 per entry. For your convenience, you may order a parking permit that gives you unlimited in-and-out privileges during the 4 days of the show. These permits are USD 40. Vehicles with permits may leave and return between 0600 and 1900 Monday through Thursday, but may not be left overnight.
Handicap Parking
Reliant Park has ample handicap parking spaces located in the following lots: Red Lot #4: 59 spaces; Orange Lot #10: 53 spaces; Blue Lot #16: 16 spaces.

Departing From Houston
Return Shuttle to the Airport
Direct shuttle service from Reliant Center to Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and Houston Hobby (HOU) airports is available through CMAC. The fare is USD 25 to HOU and USD 30 to IAH. Tickets may be purchased at the Airport Bus Desk located on Level 1 of Reliant Center near Ticket Office E.
