The rooms reserved for OTC attendees at official OTC hotels are sold out. We are no longer accepting mail, fax, or online requests for housing. If you plan to attend the conference and have not secured a hotel room, any available accommodations are not guaranteed at the conference rate.

Need a Visa to Attend?
Learn more about visa requirements and generate an electronic invitation letter. Attendees from countries that require a visa to enter the US are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months.
OTC .07 Welcomes Record Attendance
More than 67,000 people visited OTC .07 – a 25-year high and increase of 13% over 2006. OTC’s exhibition expanded for the first time into the adjacent Reliant Stadium and added more outdoor exhibit space. Nearly 2,400 companies from more than 30 countries participated in the show. Total exhibit space was nearly 530,000 square feet, about the size of 13 football fields. Make plans now to be a part of OTC .08. Read the press release.
