All reservation requests will require a credit card guarantee, one night's deposit, or a guarantee to the Master Account. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled before 48 to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival (see chart below).

Getting to and around Houston is easy with the help of several transportation options. Here’s what you will need to know if you are traveling by:
Air
Continental Airlines is the official airline for OTC .07. To reserve your airfare at a discounted rate, contact MeetingWorks at 800-468-7022. Use Z Code ZUKV and reference code BK3ZLS. You can also contact your local Continental office. To find your nearest Continental office, visit their website at http://www.continental.com.
Important Information for International Attendees
The OTC staff is working closely with the city of Houston and the Houston Airport System to ensure that international attendees have a pleasant arrival and stay in Houston while attending OTC.

Airport Shuttle
Direct airport service through CMAC is available from Reliant Center to Bush Intercontinental and Houston Hobby airports. This service is available every hour from noon to 6 pm Monday, 30 April through Tuesday, 1 May; 10:30 am to 6:00 pm Wednesday, 2 May; and 10 am to 2 pm Thursday, 3 May. Buses will depart from the Main Entrance of Reliant Center. The fare to Houston Hobby is US $19, and the fare to Bush Intercontinental is US $24. Tickets may be purchased at the Airport Bus Desk located on Level 1, near Ticket Office E.
OTC Shuttle
Complimentary shuttle service for OTC .07 participants is provided between Reliant Park and official OTC hotels during conference hours. Schedules will be posted in official hotel lobbies. Shuttle service begins Monday, 30 April and continues through Thursday, 3 May.

SuperShuttle
OTC attendees receive a discount with SuperShuttle for transportation to and from Reliant Park, OTC hotels and George Bush Intercontinental or William P. Hobby airports.

- Enter group discount code BNU5G to receive the USD 2 each way OTC discount.
Upon arrival either George Bush Intercontinental or William P. Hobby airports, collect your luggage and follow signs to “Ground Transportation,” where you will see a SuperShuttle ticket counter. A Guest Service Representative will assist you with your transportation from the airport.
To return to the airport from your hotel, you must have a reservation. To return to the airport from Reliant Park, SuperShuttle will run an hourly shuttle and no reservation is required.
The discounted fare from Reliant Park is US $22 to Bush/IAH and US $17 to Hobby/HOU.
Car

Personal Vehicle
Driving Directions to Parking Locations
Attendance at OTC is expected to be the highest in more than 20 years, so use this map of Reliant parking entrances with driving directions to make your trip as smooth as possible. Close-in parking will fill up quickly, so try the parking entrances closest to the 610 Loop after mid-morning to avoid delays.
Handicap Parking and Parking Map
Reliant Park has ample handicap parking spaces located in the following lots: Red Lot #4: 59 spaces; Orange Lot #10: 53 spaces; Blue Lot #16: 16 spaces. See the Parking Map for location details.
Directions for Handicap Parking
The following directions are established to help those in need of handicap parking.
Please note that shuttles will be running in all lots to transport attendees to the OTC entrance.
Orange Lot – Exhibitor Parking
- Enter gate 4 from Naomi Street off Fannin
- When the orange lot is full, handicap parking will be directed to the blue lot
Red Lot – Exhibitors Only
- Enter Gate 10 or 11 from McNee off Kirby
- When the red lot is full, handicap parking will be directed to the blue lot
Blue Lot
- Enter Westridge Gate 9 off Kirby
Yellow Lot
- Enter Main Street Gate 16 just north of Murworth
Parking at Reliant Center
Complimentary shuttle service to Reliant Center will be available from designated areas of the parking lots.
The regular parking fee at Reliant Park is US $8 per entry. For your convenience, a special parking permit is available that gives you unlimited in and out privileges during move-in, show and move-out. These permits are US $38 and include parking for all four days of the conference.
Bring your parking stub to the service desk for a US $8 credit towards the purchase of a permit. If you have pre-ordered a permit, a refund of US $8 will be processed when you pick up your permit. Permits can be ordered in advance using the Parking Permit Order From (link) or obtained on site in the Exhibit Service Areas at Reliant Center, Level 1, Ticket Office C.
Vehicles with permits may leave and return between 6 am and 7 pm Monday through Thursday. Vehicles cannot be left overnight.
Public Transportation
Taxi
Taxi service from George Bush Intercontinental Airport to Reliant Park is approximately US $50; service from William P. Hobby Airport to Reliant Park is approximately US $30. Cab sharing is permitted with a maximum of four passengers per cab.
Transportation is also available from Express Shuttle USA. The fare from George Bush Intercontinental Airport to Reliant Park is approximately US $20; service from William P. Hobby Airport to Reliant Park is approximately US $16.
