The 2006 Frank Frazer Award recognizing journalistic excellence at the
Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) has been presented to David Morgan,
editor-in-chief of Offshore Engineer magazine. The annual award was presented
on May 1 during the conference by journalists who cover OTC. See photo
