Conference Bags
Conference bags offer a vital resource to the attendee’s conference experience. Watch as thousands of visitors carry your bag around the conference and promote your company name and presence at OTC.

CyberCafe and Digital Event Guide
The CyberCafe is a unique area on the exhibit floor that allows conference participants to “stay
connected” while at OTC. Visitors can use the CyberCafe to check their email and search the Internet. As a sponsor of the CyberCafe, your company receives its company website set as the default Home Page and screensaver promoting your company to the long lines of CyberCafe users (conditions apply).

Also available is the Digital Event Guide sponsorship. This event guide gives attendees access to exhibition maps and schedules on their handheld devices or laptops. Attendees can download the event guide – including your company logo – to their handhelds online at the CyberCafe.

Escalator Runners
OTC activities take place on both levels of Reliant Center. Four sets of escalators provide conference participants with access to technical sessions on the second floor. As a sponsor of the escalator runners, your company receives recurring ads every 4 to 6 feet (depending on artwork) for approximately 80 feet of escalator space.

Exhibit Entrances
At Reliant Center, five entrances lead conference participants from the lobby into the Exhibition. This sponsorship is an ideal opportunity to promote your company on and off the exhibit floor
and provides landmark recognition. As an exhibit entrance sponsor, your company receives

ExpoCards
ExpoCards are given to every conference attendee and are used by exhibitors to capture contact information about conference participants interested in their products and services. Attendees also use their ExpoCard to enter technical sessions – your name appears in front of thousands of attendees several times per day. As a sponsor of the ExpoCards, your company has its logo and design printed on each card.

Lanyards
Lanyards put your company’s name in a clearly visible place — around the necks of thousands of attendees. OTC will coordinate the on-site distribution of lanyards. As a sponsor of the lanyards, OTC will distribute 5,000 lanyards with your company’s message.

OTC Proceedings CD
Proceedings are a valuable resource giving users instant access to all of the technical papers presented at the conference. Open to all exhibitors, this sponsorship is certain to make your

Parking Lot People Movers and Water
Help attendees cool off and relax on their way across the parking lot to Reliant Center. Attendees will see your company name on the people movers and water bottles as they sit sipping refreshing water while they enjoy the ride to the building.

Press Cocktail Reception
The annual press reception is for the international media attending OTC. As the sponsor, your company is invited to participate in this private and prestigious event.

Press Room Refreshments
The OTC Press Room is host to more than 300 representatives from local and international media affiliates. Capture press awareness of your company name by providing refreshments throughout the day for press in the busy OTC Press Room.

Speaker Ready Room Refreshments
The technical program, with more than 300 presentations, is a compelling feature of OTC. Each year, more than 300 authors arrive from around the world and use the Speaker Ready Room

Topical Luncheons
Three or four topical luncheons are scheduled for each day of the conference, bringing in industry leaders to present groundbreaking innovations and developments to more than 200 attendees. These targeted luncheons provide a dedicated audience for your message. As a luncheon sponsor, your company receives company artwork or logo on one panel of the display. You also receive one reserved table for ten at the event, 40 guest cards to invite key clients, and tent cards on all luncheon tables.

TV Monitors
Located in the main lobby and second level conference lobby, these TV monitors provide a unique opportunity to get your message in front of thousands of OTC participants. Attendees see and hear your message while they register, wait for a session or look at the schedule

"You Are Here” Locator Displays
Located on the exhibit floor, the main lobby and second level conference lobby, these displays provide a quick view of the facility and identify locations of various services as well as the overall exhibit hall layout.
