Exhibitor Registration
Online exhibitor registration will be available until 11 a.m. CST Monday, 24 April. On-site exhibitor registration will available as follows:

On-site Exhibitor Registration - Reliant Center Lobby E
Tuesday 25 April through Saturday 29 April	8 a.m - 5 p.m.
Sunday 30 April	8 a.m - 4 p.m.

Union Labor Jurisdictions Reminder
OTC Show Management encourages all exhibitors to review these union labor regulations, which will be strictly enforced for OTC 2006.

Important New Exhibitor Information

• 2006 OTC Quick Safety Reference - provides general safety and security information, locations of various offices within Reliant Center and helpful local telephone numbers.
• 2006 OTC - POV Express – Reliant Center - POV (Privately Owned Vehicle) Express procedures are designed to make move-in and move-out as efficient as possible for everyone.
• 2006 OTC - POV Express – Pavilions - POV Express procedures for the Pavilions.

Tuesday Evening Pavilion Reception
On Tuesday, 2 May, 1700 to 1830 there will be a welcome reception for the more than 300 companies who will be exhibiting in the new Pavilions.

All forms and information found in your printed Exhibitor Services Manual is also available online.

OTC Pavillions
Approved and supported by the OTC Board of Directors, we are pleased to announce additional exhibit opportunities in the OTC Pavilions. The pavilions are an extension of indoor exhibit space offered in Reliant Center. The new pavilions will offer over 55,000 net square feet of exhibit space located in the parking area of Reliant Center. The pavilions are temporary structures which are completely enclosed and climate controlled. A variety of special activities are planned to enhance traffic flow.

Woelfel Best Mechanical Engineering Award
The Petroleum Division of ASME’s International Petroleum Technology Institute (IPTI) announces the 23rd annual Woelfel Best Mechanical Engineering Award (BMEA) competition. The Woelfel BMEA award is presented to a company or organization for outstanding petroleum mechanical engineering achievement displayed at OTC. The entry deadline is 6 April 2006.
