Indoor: US $24.50 per square foot
Outdoor: US $16.00 per square foot
Additional charges may apply to certain locations (please refer to the exhibitor contract and floor plan).
How To Exhibit
Once your company has elected to participate in this prestigious event,
follow
these three easy steps:
- Review all exhibit information carefully.
- Select five (5) preferred booth locations.
- Complete and return your Application/Contract for Exhibit Space Contract with the required 25% minimum deposit.
Priority Number deadline for space is 8 August 2005.
Exhibit Space Assignments
- OTC conducts space assignments based on the OTC Priority Number System in August 2005. Exhibitors are notifi ed of exact dates and procedures.
- OTC exhibit space is assigned based on the existing OTC Priority Number System, and then on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis.
- To qualify for the initial space assignment process, submit your contract and deposit by 8 August 2005.
- Contracts received after 8 August 2005 are assigned on a first-come, firstserved, space-available basis.
- Exhibit space is assigned for the period of the 2006 Offshore Technology Conference only.
