Photo Identification Required
To ensure a secure conference, photo identification (passport or driver's license) will be required. Items may be subject to search before entering Reliant Center.

You will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for special events when you register

Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund, all cancellations must be received in writing and received no later than 15 April 2005 to one of the following addresses. Email: service@otcnet.org. Mail: OTC, P.O. Box 833868, Richardson, Texas 75083-3868 USA. "Special Event" items are non refundable.
