Please note: For opportunities that were sponsored last year, the
prior year’s sponsor will have the first opportunity to renew
that particular sponsorship. Should that company not re-new their
sponsorship, then that sponsorship will be available on a first-come,
first-served basis.
All sponsorships will be acknowledged in the Conference Preview,
Conference Program, on the OTC website, on the Conference Proceedings
Sponsor Page CD, and on slides between technical sessions depending
on the receipt date of the signed insertion order.

Online Sponsorship Opportunities
Conference Bags can be distributed to all conference registrants
and become a vital resource to their conference experience. Watch
as thousands of visitors are carrying your bag around the conference
and promoting your presence at OTC. Several options are available.
(Artwork for bag design must be approved by OTC prior to implementation.)
Exclusive sponsorship value: U.S. $10,000, plus cost of bags
The CyberCafe is a unique area on the exhibition floor which allows
conference participants to “stay connected” while
at OTC. Visitors can use the CyberCafe to check their e-mail
and search the Internet. As a sponsor of the CyberCafe, your company
will receive the following:
- Recognition
in the Conference Preview and Conference Program as a sponsor
- Signage at the CyberCafe location
- Company Web site will be set as the default Home Page
- Screensaver promoting your company (Sponsoring company provides
the screensaver and URL. Screensaver and URL must be approved
by OTC prior to implementation.)

OTC has activities on both levels of Reliant Center. Four sets
of escalators provide conference participants with access to
the second floor where the technical sessions occur. Escalator
runners provide your company with continuous marketing throughout
the event.
As a sponsor the Escalator Runners, your company will receive the
following:
- Recurring ads every 4 to 6 feet (depending on artwork)
for approximately 75 feet of escalator space
- Recognition in the Conference Preview and Conference
Program as a sponsor (Sponsoring company provides the artwork.

At Reliant Center, five entrances lead conference participants
from the Lobby into the exhibition. This sponsorship is a great
opportunity to promote your company on and off the exhibit floor
and provides landmark recognition within the Center.
As an Exhibit Entrance sponsor, your company would receive the
following:
- Three, 4-side column wraps
- One 6’x10’ double-sided lobby banner
- Recognition in the Conference Preview and Conference Program
as a sponsor (Sponsoring company provides the artwork. Artwork
must
be approved by OTC prior to implementation.)

These cards are given to each conference participant and are used
by exhibitors to capture contact information about conference participants
interested in their products and services. ExpoCards are also used
by participants to track the educational offerings attended. As a
sponsor of the ExpoCards, your company will receive the following:
Company logo and design printed on cards
Recognition in the Conference Preview and Conference Program
as a sponsor (Sponsoring company provides the artwork for ExpoCards.
Artwork
must be approved by OTC prior to implementation.)

Lanyards put your company’s name in a clearly visible place—around
the necks of thousands of attendees. OTC will coordinate the on-site
distribution of lanyards.
As a sponsor of the lanyards, your company will receive the following:
- Distribution of 5,000 lanyards with company logo
- Recognition in the Conference Preview and Conference Program
as a sponsor

Proceedings are a valuable resource tool that allows the user
to have instant access to all of the technical papers presented
at
the conference. Open to all exhibitors, this sponsorship is certain
to make your presence known at OTC .05.
As a sponsor of the Proceedings, your company will receive the

- Link to company Web site from CD

Exclusive Sponsorship Value: U.S. $15,000
Display your message and reach thousands of OTC attendees before
they enter the Reliant Center. Exhibitor signage for the conference
will be displayed on the outside of Reliant Center. OTC will recreate
your message on magnetic signs promoting your presence, your products,
and your services at OTC ’05. From 12’x 25’ to
20’x 100’ there are many options to choose from.
As a sponsor of Outdoor Signage, your company will receive the
following:
- Your message displayed to thousands of attendees as they enter
the Reliant Center

Provide conference delegates with a streamlined event experience
through the Digital Event Guide. This invaluable technology will
deliver up-to-date information directly to their PDA’s.
The event can be downloaded prior to the conference or acquired
during the event from the Digital Event Guide Kiosks. It provides
convenient access to daily schedules, interactive maps, and other
conference information, with the ability for attendees to create
their own customized conference itinerary.
As a sponsor the Digital Event Guide, your company will receive
the following:
- Signage at each Digital Event Guide Kiosk location(s)
- Recognition in the OTC produced ad on the Digital Event Guide
in the Conference Program

This annual reception is for the international
media attending OTC. As the sponsor your company is invited to

Located in the lobby of the Reliant Center, the TV Monitors provide
you the opportunity to brand your message to all attendees as
they are registering for the conference. Reserve a time to display
your newest products and services to the attendees before they
reach your booth. With different time lengths available, you
can create promos of your demonstrations or booth activities
while capturing the attendees as they look to the monitors for
conference updates. As a sponsor of TV Monitors, your company
receives:
- Your branded message played to all attendees during registration

The WiFi Hot Spots will provide complimentary high-speed reliable
Internet access for all show attendees with laptops and WiFi
computers. WiFi Hot Spots will be designated within Reliant Center
offering wireless broadband Internet.
