Shipments to show site must not arrive prior to 8:00 am on
Wednesday, 27 April. Shipments arriving prior to this date will
be refused. The Freeman Companies must receive all shipments
and deliver them to each exhibitor's booth. The

Crated shipments, machinery or equipment delivered to Reliant
Center by truck (other than vans) will be handled as part of
the exhibit space rental fee, provided shipments arrive between
8:00 am and 3:30 pm, Wednesday, 27 April through
Friday, 29 April (or Tuesday 26 April, if designated by Freeman.)
Services include:
- Prior to conference - truck unloading, delivery to booth
and crate storage.
- After conference - crate return to booth, crate removal
and loading.
Freight shipments exceeding 20,000 lbs., or in excess of 7
feet in width or 12 feet in height must notify Freeman by 31
March
2005; these exhibitors will be assigned a specific move-in
date.
Freight shipments with individual pieces exceeding
50,000 pounds may be subject to special equipment rental
and crew time charges.
All outbound shipments require a Material Handling Agreement
and appropriate labels. The Freeman Companies can prepare these
for you in advance and deliver them to your booth. To take advantage

Exhibitors shipping in freight from outside the U.S.A. should
refer to shipping instructions from Rogers Worldwide, the official
Customs Broker/International Freight Forwarder.
