Exhibition Schedule

Installation Hours

• All freight shipped to the Freeman Companies warehouse will be placed in exhibit spaces by 8 am, Wednesday, 27 April. Some exhibitors will receive target move-in schedules. Exhibitors assigned a target move-in date must comply with the schedule or be subject to crew time and overtime charges. An inbound freight target schedule for those exhibitors shipping directly to show site is detailed on this floor plan. (This schedule does not apply to exhibitors who ship their materials in advance to the Freeman warehouse).
• Installation after 5:00 pm must be approved on site by show management.
• All exhibits must be installed by Noon on Sunday, 1 May. OTC reserves the right to prohibit move-in after that time. Any display not installed by Noon may be completed by the Official Decorator at the exhibitor’s expense.
• Any exhibitor having a freight shipment that will not arrive until Saturday, 30 April must notify The Freeman Companies as soon as possible.
• Aisles and common areas must be kept clear and unobstructed during move-in and move-out.
• Gas or electric motorized vehicles are only permitted by OTC staff and Official Contractors.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades and/or motorized or manually operated scooters is strictly prohibited in the exhibit areas at all times.
• No one under 18 years of age will be admitted during the OTC installation and dismantling stages.

Exhibition Show Hours

• Exhibitors may enter the exhibition two (2) hours before official opening and may remain one (1) hour after closing time.
• Must be 15 years or older to enter during show hours.

Dismantling Hours

• The Freeman Companies will begin returning empty crates as soon as the aisle carpet is removed from the exhibit floor. The entire process will take approximately 8 hours. Exhibitors needing to load Thursday night must notify The Freeman Companies in advance.
  • All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 6 pm Saturday, 7 May.
  • All carriers must check in no later than 12:30 pm Saturday, 7 May.
• Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of all materials used in their display. Any exhibitor leaving materials after 6 pm Saturday, 7 May will be charged for the removal of these materials.
• No one under 18 years of age will be admitted during the OTC installation and dismantling stages.
