Registration

Online Exhibitor Registration Closed
Online Exhibitor Registration is now closed. On-site registration opens Tuesday 26 April and will be available 08:00-17:00 daily through Saturday 30 April for early registration. Badges may be picked up early during this time to avoid long lines on opening day. Online registration for attendees and Guest Cards will remain open through Saturday 23 April.

Complete registration instructions are sent out in January with the Master Exhibitor Registration Form. Do not discard this form even if you're planning to register online—you will need to enter your OTC Company Number, which will be your company password.

  • Your Exhibitor Registration Form will list your company name, OTC Company number, and the allotted number of complimentary registrations for your company.
  • Exhibitors are allotted five (5) complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of contracted exhibit space. Exhibitor Registration includes access to the technical sessions. All other OTC events (Awards Luncheon, Industry Breakfasts, and Topical Luncheons) and/or copies of the Proceedings on CD can be purchased when you register.
  • To register booth personnel over your complimentary registrations, you may purchase additional one day Exhibitor Staff registration for only $20.00. This Exhibitor registration category will allow access to the exhibition as well as technical sessions.
  • In order to have your badges mailed to the exhibiting company OTC primary contact (U.S. companies only), your registration must be received by 4 April 2005. Please note: There will only be one mailing per company.
  • If you do not want your exhibitor badges mailed, you must notify ExpoExchange directly by phone at +1.301.694.5243.
  • Forms received after 5 April will be processed and the badges can be picked up on site at Exhibitor Registration.
  • Exhibitor Registration hours during set-up are Tuesday, 26 April through Saturday 30 April, 08:00 to 17:00 (5:00 pm) each day.

Housing

Conferon, Inc. has been named the Official Housing Coordinator for the 2005 Offshore Technology Conference. By registering online through Conferon there is no need to wait and wonder if your preferred hotel is available. You can also view hotel descriptions, photos, and location maps. In addition, if your work or travel plans change, you can update or cancel your reservation online.

Exhibitors may also use the Exhibitor Hotel Request Form and forward it to Conferon (see contact information below) via mail or fax. When using this form, please note the following:

  1. All room reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Individuals requesting more than one room should provide names as well as arrival and departure dates for each room. Please photocopy the request form for additional names.
  3. Four choices must be made under Hotel Preference.
  4. Room rates and amenities for OTC Official Hotels are listed on the Official Hotel Listing.
  5. A different credit card must be used for each increment of ten reservations in a group.
  6. Guarantees and individual policies for each official hotel will vary and must be adhered to strictly.
  7. Notification of confirmed details will be emailed/faxed/mailed by Conferon within 3-5 business days after receipt.
  8. Shuttle bus service will be available to/from Official OTC Hotels/Reliant Center.
